CONSTRUCTION

Architectural Design

We have designed many beautiful homes for our clients’ satisfaction and can provide testimonies to show the same. We have dispelled their worries by co-ordinating the project from the initial phase to its realization with the utmost care and attention.

We offer architectural home design services.

We can help you to save time and money, and add a value to your house with a design concept which will turn your house layout into the pleasant environment suitable for all your needs.

Residential Design

We are a building design consultancy that provides architectural design and drafting services to all of our clients. A well-designed home serves as a stage on which a man’s life unfolds leaving the human condition healthy. Its design and construction must be environment friendly and energetically balanced, while providing enough energy resources to support the recovering Earth. These conditions directly support the natural process of growth and well-being.

Commercial Design

We have completed development and construction projects in Australia and overseas, including the design of Solar Farms, Factories, Hotels, Office Spaces and Restaurants.

We can help you improve on your investment and get a return by building it as per Passive House Design Principles.

Home Extension

We are specialists in Residential Design, particularly in producing innovative concept designs ensuring that our projects are designed to latest technological specifications when it comes to building structure, air quality, and energy efficiency. We are also proficient in acquiring Development Approval and Building Licenses, making sure that all of the environmental and legislative boxes are checked.

Interior Design Home Improvement

We deliver a holistic approach to the contemporary interior designs in which you would want to spend an extended amount of time in. We will ask you to pay attention to natural elements that surround you and acknowledge them. We believe that a home is a sanctuary that allows us to reconnect. By doing so, we can increase the quality of our lives, our enjoyment in the present moment, and restore ourselves in a space which shapes our daily reality.

Positive Energy Homes

Imagine a sustainable home that provides maximum comfort for your family by keeping internal temperatures stabilized and fresh air supplied continuously!

We design homes with positive energy interiors.

This building standard was originally developed in Germany and can reduce heating needs by an astonishing 90%. This target is reached by making the house extremely well insulated, virtually air-tight, and by orienting and designing the house to maximize passive solar gain. Although this concept has been slow to take off in Australia, it’s extremely popular in Europe, with over 15,000 buildings now registered to the Passive House standard, and more to come.

Thermal Comfort: 21-25 degrees through the year

In order to make our buildings sustainable, we need to look towards thermal insulation, thereby doing our bit to save the environment and reduce emissions from our ever-increasing use of technology in the household.

THERMAL INSULATION IS A MUST!

Thermal insulation provides the process of insulating against the transmission of heat by using materials of relatively low heat conductivity to shield against a loss of heat by radiation, convection, or conduction.

In a Passive Design House, all opaque building components of the exterior envelope of the house must be very well-insulated and all thermal elements must have a very good heat transfer coefficient (U value).

Air Quality: Constant fresh air supply

The concern about “bad air” and efforts to improve indoor air quality has been around for a millennia. Before there were buildings, humans were ventilating their shelters to improve the quality of their environment. To avoid bad air it’s important to ventilate your home because indoor air quality can be five times worse than poor outdoor air. Think about it, it’s got nowhere to go.

Moisture and pollutants encourage the growth of mould and mildew which can aggravate, or even cause, illnesses and allergies. Efficient heat recovery ventilation is key, allowing for both good indoor air quality and energy efficiency.

A Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery (MVHR) is a simple device that keeps heat in while moving stale air out. It works by extracting warm air from certain rooms like kitchens and bathrooms and supplying fresh air to habitable rooms.

No air leakage- Energy reduction up to 90%

We’ve come a long way from our cave-dwelling ancestors, however, we now use a certain amount of electricity to cool our houses, something that was unknown to past civilizations, and even the quality of the air we breathe is below a minimum for health.

We all know that wasting energy and hot air has caused an increase in CO2 and increasingly makes the experience within our homes an unhealthy one at that.

Passive House standards require air leakage to be no more than 0.6 air changes per hour at 50 pascals of pressure. Compare that to a typical Australian home which would measure around 15-20 air changes per hour.

Delivering air-tightness to PH standard requires careful design detailing and workmanship on site. Two pressure door tests are conducted during construction to ensure compliance is achieved.

Nature’s Design Secret / Golden Ratio

Golden Ratio/ The Divine Proportion

The golden ratio has been used throughout history to create design elements that have an ideal visual appeal. Because the shape is rooted in nature and mathematics, it’s the perfect combination of balance and harmony. And it’s a superb tool to design our Positive Energy homes with.

In mathematics, two quantities are in the golden ratio if their ratio is the same as the ratio of their sum, to the larger of the two quantities. The figure on the right illustrates this geometric relationship.

Studies have shown that meditating on sacred geometry can help strengthen the connection between the right and left hemispheres of the brain and remind you of your own infinite nature.

No air leakage- Energy reduction up to 90%

We’ve come a long way from our cave-dwelling ancestors, however, we now use an inordinate amount of electricity to cool our houses, unknown to past civilizations, and the quality of the air we breathe is below a minimum for health.

The waste of energy and hot air we produce has in turn caused a CO2 increase and increasingly makes our experience within our homes both unhealthy and energy demanding. Yet another negative impact on the Earth.

Passive House standards require air leakage to be no more than 0.6 air changes per hour at 50 pascals of pressure – a typical Australian home would measure around 15-20 air changes per hour.

Delivering airtightness to the PH standard requires careful design detailing and workmanship on site. Two pressure door tests are conducted during construction to ensure compliance is achieved.

Visual & Non Visual Contact with Nature

“Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.” Albert Einstein

Researchers have found that regardless of culture people gravitate to images of nature, especially the savannah. Our inborn affiliation for nature may explain why we prefer to live in houses with particular views of the natural world.

Australian professor Glenn Albrecht, director of the Institute of Sustainability and Technology Policy at Murdoch University, has coined the term solastalgia. He combined the Latin word solacium (comfort — as in solace) and the Greek root, algia (pain) to form solastalgia, which he defines as “the pain experienced when there is recognition that the place where one resides and that one loves is under immediate assault.”

Positive Energy Interiors

Our activities and expertise encompass a holistic architectural design approach either when designing a new home, or making improvements to the existing one.

We believe that a home where we spend majority of our time is a sanctuary with a potential of offering numerous universal truths to its residents daily, helping to keep that balance in check.

A well-designed home serves as a stage on which the lives of people unfold in health and abundance. Its special organization invites us to retreat within the Gratitude or the Relaxation corner within. Its design and construction are environmentally friendly and energetically balanced, while providing enough energy resources to support the Earth recovering as a result of a lacking awareness in past decades.

Heart based Feng Shui

We’ve all heard of sick building syndrome, that place with stale air, bad lighting, clutter, and no humanizing or uplifting details. When designing a place for relaxation, meditation, gratitude we form a center of clean energy from which we incorporate principles of Feng Shui, promoting a life in harmony. Once all the energy fields are balanced, the conditions are ready to attract positive energy into your life, enhancing all aspects such as health, love, and career success. We can show this with the elements and their significance.

Fire – Represents visibility and the characteristic is of a high energy.

Wood – Represents new beginnings, co-operation and growth.

Water – Represents creativity and insight.

Earth – Represents stability, nourishment and control.

Metal – Represents cleverness, calmness and planning ability.

Guided Meditation with Spiritual Heart

We aim to set up a quiet space for meditation within your lounge, bedroom, garden, or balcony, Wi-Fi free no less, allowing you to experience the beautiful feelings from your heart.

The spiritual heart within our chest area is a center of peace, calmness, joy, and internal happiness which connects us to our True Self within us.

Spiritual heart is a center of peace, calmness, joy, and internal happiness which connects us to our True Self within us. For ages it has been said to “follow our heart” ––that our heart knows the truth.

Our Heart Knows the Truth

This internal knowing is available because our true self, a spark within our heart, has its own consciousness which is much higher than our brain consciousness. It knows the real truth what is always best for us and for others.

As soon as we learn to use our heart properly, we can realize truths from our own heart and improve our lives by following our spiritual heart more often.

Energy Channeling- Reiki Tummo

We offer Reiki Tummo channeling to improve the existing condition of your space. Its meaning is from two Japanese words: Rei and Ki. Rei means universal and Ki, also referred to as Chi, means vital energy. So, Reiki Tummo means vital energy from the universe. In general, Reiki is a technique of channelling universal vital energy to oneself and others.

So, Reiki means vital energy from the universe. In general, Reiki is a technique of channelling universal vital energy to oneself and others. Reiki is not something magical. The basic principle on how Reiki energy heals is very similar to how healing works in acupuncture. We know that every living being has energy within and around the body to be alive. The physical body usually has problems because the energy does not flow properly. Reiki Tummo healing stimulates the energy to flow properly to cleanse the energy within and around the body, thereby speeding up the healing process.

Love by Design- Art of Living

We deliver a holistic approach to architectural designs, creating a home in which you would want to spend an extended time in. We believe that home is a sanctuary which we need to reconnect to again. By doing so we can increase our enjoyment in the present moment and improve the quality of our lives. For that we personally need to pay attention to the inner demons which shape our reality daily.

Our sustainable and innovative design principles will improve the quality of your life and help you to reconnect with your home, the Earth, natural elements around you and most importantly, with yourself.

Gratitude Corner

Gratitude Corner within your entry or living space is specially designed for us to retreat to and remember everything that we take for granted in our lives. We propose a pure station where we can stop regularly, retreat from our daily grind, and be grateful for everything we have right now. If one is truly grateful, one is automatically joyful, as there is no man who is grateful and joyful, but unhappy. It is not difficult to be happy.

Drawing on historically and scientifically proven methods in our design process and build, can help us to maintain a valuable space within our home as a center of abundance, wealth and happiness.

Feng Shui

Reflecting on the ancient system of laws considered to govern spatial arrangement and orientation in relation to the flow of energy (chi), and whose favorable or unfavorable effects are taken into account.

Originating in China, Feng Shui harmonizes Chi (energy) through the careful positioning of structures; the ethos is that this placement impacts environmental influences and universal forces. The belief is that Chi exists in everything and it affects all that is placed around it.

We often forget that a home could give us a reminder that we are not separated by the nature with walls. If we only learn how to stop. For example, the prospect of good design is a platform for us to ground in the middle of our living room, perhaps through incorporating something of nature, a grassy carpet, or a sandpit perhaps.

Natures Geometry

The golden ratio has been used throughout history to create design elements that have an ideal visual appeal. Because the shape is rooted in nature and mathematics, it’s the perfect combination of balance and harmony.

The Golden ratio is a special number found by dividing a line into two parts so that the longer part divided by the smaller part is also equal to the whole length divided by the longer part. It is often symbolized using phi, after the 21st letter of the Greek alphabet. Therefore, it is a superb tool to design our Positive Energy homes with.
