I was hired to produce documentation in accordance with the Local Council’s guidelines and regulations for Planning Permission for a house extension in Nedlands. This newly bought house needed an improvement in the design upon clients’ request.
The design includes an extension of the existing residence in the entry zone with additional light provided with newly proposed skylight. The newly proposed carport provides an accent to the entry followed with the covered pathway which provides a desired connection with the existing residence.
Gazebo at the house end is designed to accommodate clients’ needs and new paving is providing an improvement in the overall look of the existing residence.
The development application was granted in July 2016, and work should commence in May 2018.
